Goldman Sachs' Lloyd Blankfein: Bankers Should 'Account for Role in What Has Transpired´

This is an article by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. CEO Lloyd Blankfein, in which he urges regulators and bankers to take into account scenarios of financial stress more seriously, recalls the lessons extracted from the demise of LTCM in 1998 and blames his industry for having ''outsourced´´ risk management.
